- I, too, would like to extend kudos to Datastorm Support. I've got a USR Sportster28.8
- which I put in a V34+ upgrade and then lost fax capability. I requested help from both
- Datastorm and USR. Needless to say, Datastorm tried their best to help me out on a daily
- basis. While USR was sporadic, with constant prompting. As it is, my problem is not
- fixed, but I have been reassured by Datastorm that they and USR are aware of it and are
- working on a solution. Datastorm even asked me for my phone# so they could inform me
- when a fix will be available. Superlative support!
